Return & Refund Policy for Metal Art

At Metal Art, customer satisfaction is our top priority. While we strive to ensure the quality of every product, we understand that there may be instances where you need to request a return or refund. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  1. The product is delivered with a manufacturing defect or damage caused during transit.
  2. The incorrect product was delivered.

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was received.
  • The return request must be initiated within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • Products customized as per your specifications are not eligible for return, unless they have a manufacturing defect.

2. Process for Returns

  1. Initiating a Return:

    • Provide your order details, proof of purchase, and images of the product showing the defect/damage.

  2. Approval:

    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.

  3. Shipping the Product:

    • The customer is responsible for shipping the product back unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong product, defect).
    • Ensure proper packaging to avoid further damage during transit.

3. Exchange Policy

  • If eligible, defective or damaged products can be exchanged for the same item or another product of equal value.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested product is unavailable, you may opt for a refund instead.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

  1. The returned product meets all eligibility criteria.
  2. The product cannot be replaced or exchanged due to unavailability.

Refund Process:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Non-Refundable Cases:

  • Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or misuse.
  • Customized products.
  • Returns requested outside the eligible return window.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours/days of placing them.
  • After this period, cancellations will not be accepted if the product is already in production or shipped.

Refund for Canceled Orders:

  • If eligible for cancellation, a full refund will be processed within 3 business days.
